Arthur George Lee Roy

Arthur George Lee Roy, 70, passed away on March 30, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on October 4, 1955, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Arthur and Georgia Roy, who preceded him in death.

Arthur was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He married the love of his life, Donna Roy, on June 29, 1977, and together they built a life centered around family.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Roy; his daughter, Georgianna Childers and husband William; and his son, Arthur Roy and wife Dana of Vinita, Oklahoma. He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren: James Roy, Vanessa Baldeon, Austyn Wangsgard, Antonio Baldeon, Cayden Campbell, Jasmine Johnson, Uryah Mink, Joann Roy, and Truvelia Roy, as well as seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; his brother, Johnny Roy; and his great-granddaughter, Mya Roy.

A Celebration of Life for Arthur will be on April 19, 2026 at 4pm at the First Baptist Church in Vinita with Pastor Adam Lazarine officiating.

Arthur enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved fishing, visiting the casino, attending his grandchildren's sporting events, enjoying breakfast at Clanton's, and most of all, spending time with his family.

His presence, love, and dedication to his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
