Bonnie Leahew

Bonnie Kay Leahew, age 72, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on December 9, 2025, at her residence, with family by her side.

Bonnie was born on December 30, 1952, in Cherryvale, Kansas, to Walter and Mabel (Thompson) Blake.

In her later years, Bonnie made her home next door to her son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. She took great pride in the home she and her granddaughter spent months designing together. Those days brought her deep joy. She loved sitting outside watching the birds, visiting with neighbors, and relaxing while watching her favorite television shows. Bonnie also enjoyed cooking and baking with her family, especially when sharing and passing down cherished family recipes.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mabel Blake; her first husband, Wayne Proctor; her siblings, Donald Blake, Patricia Liles, Johnny Blake, Sylvia Gibson, Linda Eisenbart, and Vernon Blake.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Leahew; her son, Brandon Proctor, and his wife, Bethany, and their daughter, Calli Proctor; her son, Matthew Proctor, and his son, Logan Swanwick; and her step-son, Chad Leahew; her niece Vickie Doherty and a host of other relatives and friends.
