Cecilia Pulley

Cecilia Arthurine Pulley, 85, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on November 24, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1940, in Dierks, Arkansas, and graduated with the Dierks High School Class of 1958.

Cecilia was an independent and adventurous spirit who found joy in reading and cheering on her beloved OU Sooners. She lived her life in her own way and with her own quiet strength, leaving an impression on those who shared in her journey.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacy Horn and Wendy Heather Horn-Wiese and husband David; her grandchildren, Ryan Crawford and wife Elizabeth, Parker Wilson, and Halie Johnson-Stanley and husband Alec; and her great-grandchildren, Anna Grace Crawford, David Ryan Crawford, and Elsie Kate Crawford.

Cecilia is also survived by a dear friend, Jerri Bailey, who supported her faithfully over the last 13 years and remained a meaningful and steady presence in her life.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her son, James "Randy" Horn.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Ascension St. John Medical Staff, as well as the compassionate team at Porta Caeli House through Catholic Charities, for the care and attention shown to Cecilia in her final days.

Her family acknowledges both the joys and challenges of her life and remembers her in a spirit of honesty, gratitude, and peace.
