Charla attended Webster High School in Tulsa and married the love of her life, Brian Rosser, on June 14, 1997. Together they built a life centered on family, love, and making lasting memories.

She is lovingly survived by her husband of 29 years, Brian Rosser; her children, Cody Rosser, Tyler Rosser and his fiancée, Jeri, Chase Rosser and his wife, Brittany, and Angelene Rosser and her partner, Jeffrey; her bonus children, Alden, Gavin, and Marcus; parents, Peggy Boling and Jeff and Pat Wardrip; thirteen cherished grandchildren; her sisters, Julie, Sharon, and Rachel; her brother, Jay; along with numerous extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Charla's legacy of unconditional love, kindness, and dedication to her family will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
