Jemy Muninger

Jo (Dilley) Muninger passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, October 2, 2025. Jo is the youngest daughter born to James Robert Dilley and Jacque (Gillespie) Dilley, both parents proceeded her in death.

Jo graduated from Labette County High School in 1979. She married Mark Muninger in August 1982, they later divorced. Jo and Mark had two sons Kevin Allen Muninger born in 1983 and Matthew Scott Muninger born in 1987.

Jo has resided in Bartlesville for the last 24 years. She opened and operated her cleaning business Satisfaction Guaranteed making long term friends as well as numerous clients over the years.

She is survived by her two sons, a sister Dana Dilley Khan and a half sister Vicki Johnston Martin. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

No services are planned at this time. The family asks that in lieu of flowers you make contributions to your local ASPCA.
