Keith Poage

Keith Poage was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose steady presence and quiet humor made life better for everyone around him.

Keith had a deep love for his family, which only grew stronger as the years went on. As he got older, his children and grandson became his greatest priority, and he never hesitated to drop anything if his family or friends needed him. He showed his love not just with words, but through his actions; always dependable, always there.

By trade, Keith was a machinist, a true craftsman who could design and build any tool that was needed. He found joy in working with his hands and spent countless hours in his shop, doing what he loved. Outside of work, Keith had many passions. He loved classic cars and old Corvettes, enjoyed attending car shows, and appreciated the beauty of a well-built machine. He loved the outdoors, the mountains, the lake, and nature,and enjoyed hunting in his younger years. He was also a sports fan who proudly rooted for the Thunder and Sooners.

Keith was known for his mellow, laid-back nature and his playful sense of humor. He was a big cut-up and loved to tease, always bringing lightness and laughter into the room. His calm demeanor, loving heart, and willingness to help made him someone others gravitated toward. He also dearly loved his puppies, Kricket and Kara, who brought him comfort and joy.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Dora and Kenneth Poage.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Poage; his sons, Kolton Poage and wife Larissa Poage, and Kody Poage and wife Micah Poage; and his cherished grandson, Kole Poage.

Keith's legacy lives on through the love he gave, the skills he shared, and the memories he created with those who were blessed to know him.
