Robert Drew McBride

Robert Drew McBride, age 67, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, passed away on June 7, 2026.

Born on November 21, 1958, and a proud native of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Robert built a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and the relationships he formed along the way. He worked as a roofer and welder and took pride in the skill, dedication, and perseverance his work required. Those who knew Robert knew him as someone who worked hard, cared deeply, and left a lasting impression on the people around him.

Robert is preceeded in death by his mother, Sandra Hulva; father William (Bill) McBride; and his brother Wes McBride. He is survived by his sister, Penny Ripley; his two children from his first marriage, Rachel McBride and Jason McBride; and his two bonus children from his second marriage, Angela Briggs and Ricky Moore. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him pride and joy.

Robert enjoyed fishing and watching OU Football. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons remembered, and the love carried forward by his family and friends.
