Teresa Lynn Hogeland

Teresa Lynn Hurley Hogeland was born on October 2, 1954 in Berryhill, OK, the daughter of Buster and Jeanette Hurley. She passed from this life on July 10, 2026 in Calremore, OK.

Teresa grew up in Berryhill and attended school there. She married Jim Hogeland on December 15, 1979 and became a blended family with two step-children, Shane and Jill and her two sons, Danny and Brian.

Teresa and Jim lived in Florida for several years and then moved to Texas to be near her son, Danny and his wife, Emily and their two children, Hunter and Adam. They moved to Oklahoma to help her mother and to be near her two sisters, Brenda and Sharyl, and other family members.

Teresa loved people and was very outgoing. She loved traveling and making memories. She was a caring person, loved God and all of her family. She will be missed greatly.

She leaves to cherish her life, her husband, Jim Hogeland of Claremore; her son, Danny Fugate and his wife, Emily, of Magnolia, TX, step-son, Shane Hogeland of Harvest, AL, step-daughter, Jill Stepanian and her husband, Andy, of Carthage, NC; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda Daniels and her husband of Claremore, OK, Sharyl Blakely and her husband, Pat, of Broken Arrow, OK; Many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Brian Fugate.

A private memorial will be held for family and friends at a later date.
